It’s so great to be able to drive a thousand miles to get to a place you’ve never been before or just a couple of miles for that favorite pizza of yours. We would not get far without our steel friends, and that’s a fact. Everything from hospitals to water delivery relies on automobiles, but the biggest segment is still personal cars. Hundreds of brands, thousands of models, millions of options… How does one choose the best car?

1. General Motors
The classic American cars like Cadillac, Chevrolet, and Buick are GM’s specialty. There’s not a single person who’d tell you that these babies aren’t worth their price.
2. Suzuki
Producing over a million cars each year, Suzuki has definitely risen to the top. Japanese cars are always of the best quality, even if sometimes it’s hard to find original spare parts. But that’s all good, they sometimes almost never break!
3. Honda
Another manufacturer from Nippon but not entirely. Thanks to their assembly factories in the US, Honda can offer a much more enticing deal for those looking for a dependable partner. And by “partner” I mean a “car”.
4. Hyundai-Kia
South Korean manufacturer Hyundai Motor Group made 1.5 million units in 2017, and you know as well as I do that this kind of a supply means high demand, which is really hard to beat. But not impossible!
5. Ford
If selling over 550,000 units doesn’t mean you’re doing something right in this life, I don’t know what does. Did you know that Ford cars make up the majority of the US market? That’s right, 64%!
6. Toyota
Toyota is the tried and true option for most people. Otherwise they wouldn’t be producing over 2 million cars, and selling half of that in a single year. But even with these crazy numbers, there’s still room for improvement.
7. Volkswagen
That’s right, the good old “car for people” – Volkswagen – takes the cake! With 2.5 million units produced, there seems to be no way to beat this German Giant!
